Refund policy

One-time purchases only. No subscription or automatic renewal. If a generation is rejected, fails or cannot deliver a downloadable result within 24 hours, its reserved photo credit is returned automatically. Do not submit the same request again while its status is uncertain. If credits do not return, contact support with the purchase reference. You may request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. For a partly used pack, we review the remaining credits and the delivered results and calculate any partial refund against the original pack price. Successfully delivered images are normally treated as consumed, but defective delivery, duplicate charges and mandatory consumer rights are considered separately. Applicable statutory refund or withdrawal rights take priority over this policy. Send your purchase reference and a short explanation to support. We aim to review requests within two business days. Approved money refunds go through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. Refunded credits are removed from the associated purchase. A full refund also ends access to its stored results. We will not remove credits purchased in unrelated transactions. Bank processing and exchange-rate changes are outside our control.
