Updated 22 October 2026. Perdon AI is an independent photo tool at perdonai.fun. By using it you agree to these terms, our Privacy notice and Acceptable use policy. The service creates fictional fantasy photos from your reference using APIMODELS and GPT Image 2, and provides a browser-based carousel composer. You must be at least 18. Use only images you own or are authorized to edit, and obtain consent from every recognizable person. AI can change faces, anatomy and scene details; review outputs before use. Label fantasy images as AI-generated and do not present them as evidence of real events. We are not affiliated with Dreamina, CapCut, TikTok or RainDance AI. One-time photo packs contain 3, 5 or 10 credits at the USD price displayed before checkout. Taxes, if applicable, are shown by the payment provider before payment. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. A credit is reserved when a generation starts and consumed when an image is successfully made available. A confirmed failure returns it; an unresolved request remains reserved while checked and is returned if no result is delivered within 24 hours. Carousel previews and PNG downloads are free. Generation capacity may temporarily limit requests without consuming credits. Credits do not automatically expire while this service operates. Images must be downloaded within 24 hours. Save your recovery code before paying. It restores your balance when a browser cookie is lost or you change devices. We cannot retrieve the code. Contact support with your payment receipt if you lose access; recovery requires proof of ownership. Never share the code. We do not promise access to another person's account. You retain rights you have in your input. You authorize us and our image provider to process it to deliver the requested result. AI results are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, copyrightable or cleared for every commercial use. Reference examples do not grant you rights to the underlying images. You are responsible for checking applicable rights before publishing. We may refuse abusive requests or suspend access for violations, investigate reports and remove unlawful content. Where practical we will explain the reason and provide a way to appeal through support. Unused purchases are handled under our Refund policy. We may change the service or these terms prospectively. If we close the paid service, we will provide notice where possible and a way to request a refund of unused credits. The service is supplied with reasonable care but uninterrupted availability or a particular artistic result cannot be guaranteed. To the extent allowed by applicable law, liability for a paid pack is limited to the amount paid for it, and we exclude indirect losses. This does not limit non-excludable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply. Contact support first to resolve a dispute. Perdon AI is operated by TAO JUNLAN, an individual based in Shenzhen, China. Support and abuse reports: support@figuresofyou.com.
